Jason Mattera: Asks Mayor Bloomberg If He Will Have His Armed Guards Give Up Their Weapons

First, I am a retired Police Officer and I have advice for Jason Mattera. Don’t make sudden moves like that when Police Officers are guarding a public official, because they obviously didn’t know who Jason was and that he is harmless.

I think the police would have acted differently if Mattera didn’t make so many sudden moves to try to get around them.

Second, the police are allowed to ask for ID, but Mattera could have refused and left the scene since he committed no crime.

Third, for that Officer to follow Mattera after identifying himself as a member of the media was wrong. We expect that type of intimidation in Moscow…not New York.

Mayor Bloomberg is an Elitist and he will never disarm his security, because he sees himself as above the average schmuck. Do you think that Bloomberg gives a damn about the middle class? No, he doesn’t and neither does Obama. The American middle class that voted for Obama are uneducated, ignorant fools.

Anthony Zerilli, 85, told New York’s NBC 4 that Hoffa was buried in a Michigan field about 20 miles north of where he was last seen on July 30, 1975.

Still No Police Report on Sandy Hook Killer, Adam Lanza

Lanza is dead and that means there is NO TRIAL to taint. What is the big secret about Adam Lanza? There were reports that Adam Lanza was VERY INTELLIGENT. That is usually a code word for an ‘Enlightened Marxist Revolutionary’.

Even active police officers that I know say “oh, Lanza was just crazy”.

Law enforcement officers are not being educated about the threat from radicals that are brainwashed to be Anarchists and Revolutionaries. Many Police Departments are controlled by Liberal Mayors and they cater to wealthy Elitists that don’t want the polie to know to much or be too powerful.

Mention to a person that there is a ‘War against Capitalism and they will look at you like you are crazy. This is called being ‘DUMBED DOWN’.

Young Computer Genius Commits Suicide After Threat of Facing 35 Years in Jail

Aaron Swartz was a computer genius that created reddit.com and the RSS feed. The NY Post is reporting that the police are investigating whether he committed suicide over the weekend.

The new generation of computer geeks want to be ‘computer anarchists’, because they believe that all information should be public and free. My best advice for them is to take a law class before they do something stupid. I have a feeling that Aaron Swartz was inspired by another idiot, Julian Assange of Wikileaks.

Maybe Assange will follow Swartz’s lead and kill himself next? I believe that he is still hiding in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.

What was in MIT’s computers that Swartz wanted to make public? Obviously some sensitive government material, because he was arrested by the Secret Service while trying to flee the scene by bicycle. The photo above was posted on The Smoking Gun and it was from a security camera that caught Swartz entering a basement where the MIT computer network was located

Someone left this comment on The Smoking Gun about the strict sentence for cyber crimes as compared to other crimes:

30 yrs for cyber crime; much much less for sexual assault(5-25), home invasion(10-25), kidnapping(1-25), Possessing child pornography(5-20). I think something is a little skewed here, when a computer crime is treated as worse than violence against people. Maybe I’m missing something, but something is wrong with this picture.
