I sent an email to Geo-political analyst Jeff Nyquist and he reminded me that Russian defector Col. Stanislav Lunev stated in front of a House committee back in 1998 that Russian KGB and Special Forces planted nuclear bombs in the USA and other NATO countries.

Al Qaeda will take the blame when these nukes go off, but EVERYONE (except the American people of course) will know that it was the Russians behind this plot.
