1. Those of us who live in Wisconsin see the senators position on Kwanzaa is fully in line with his others positions. You need to keep in mind that the was the sponsor Senate Bill 507

   “requiring the Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board to emphasize nonmarital parenthood as a contributing factor to child abuse and neglect.”

   Simply put, the bill brands all single parents as child abusers and judges them all to be neglecting their children.

   Senator Grothmann also was a co-sponsor of Senate Bill 19 and worked hard to remove the requirement of mandatory disinfection of groundwater in municipal water systems. This was a reaction to a Cryptosporidium outbreak which killed at least 104 citizens of Milwaukee a few years back. He supports ‘natural’ water (and Cryptosporidium is ‘natural’ but also deadly).
