Liberals and the Keystone Pipeline

   If they do not build the Keystone pipeline there will be the same amount of oil produced. Canada is building another pipeline to the coast of BC. The oil that would have flowed south to Texas via Keystone will then be pumped west. Put on ships it will be sent south to the west coast of the US (places like LA) or west to China and Japan. Not building Keystone will not help or hurt Russia and the Arabs.
