  1. lofat/nofat is a scam. fat has all the flavor in food. when it’s reduced or eliminated they add sweeteners to give things flavor therefore raising the caloric content.

  2. I DO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL DAILY AND EAT NUTS 3 TIMES PER DAY– EVEN WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES I HAVE YET TO HAVE ANY CARDIO ISSUES…AT AGE 61 .. MY DOCTOR CALLS ME BIONIC…

  3. I come from a Mediterranean Family, and as a kid i spent every summer in Europe, there way of eating is completely different than hours. First of all there biggest meal is in the afternoon not lunch and contains lots of fish, fresh vegetables, nuts, fruits. They rarely ever ate processed food, if ever. there lifespan is longer and much Healthier, and go figure Europeans are heavy smokers. Which im not condoning but apparently there diet plays a huge role, in how less often they are on medications, than in America for High Blood Pressure, cholesterol, diabetes etc.

    1. Processed foods are very dangerous when eaten daily. The the problem is the American lifestyle is very busy and they have no time to prepare home cooked meals daily. This is causing obesity and heart disease.

I am trying to eat more fish these days …

  4. AMERICAN LIFESTYLE IS BUSY BECAUSE WE HAVE TO SURRENDER MORE MONEY TO SUPPORT THE COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT THAN EVER BEFORE
