FIRST,  you can forget about perjury charges.

Second,  Holder can say that he didn’t lie under oath and this will be his excuse:

Holder could say that he couldn’t comment about the investigation against Fox reporter James Rosen, because he believed that the investigation was STILL OPEN. Therefore he is protected from stating anything about it in PUBLIC.

Holder would have resigned by now if Obama wanted him to, but Marxists are a protected class. Especially, black Marxists.

Again, this is a perfect distraction from the crushing debt, because that will be used to enslave the people.

It was good enough for the Senate to hold a ‘No Confidence’ vote against Bush Attorney General Alberto Gonzales. So, why not have one against Eric Holder?

Fast and Furious has proven that Holder can’t be trusted when it comes to being ‘open and transparent’. Benghazi and the IRS scandal are examples where a special prosecutor should be appointed, but that will never happen under Eric Holder.
