This is a waste of time, because they know exactly what happened here and so does the FBI. The Russian FSB withheld information about Tamerlan Tsarnaev, because his handlers are really working for the Russians. The FSB wanted the Boston attack to happen, but they covered their tracks by ‘trying’ to warn the FBI with ‘hollow intelligence’.
Although Washington and Moscow have vowed cooperate closely on counter-terrorism, both sides have accused each other of withholding information in the run-up to the bombing.

In this article, Cliff Kincaid asks the same question that I have been asking: “Why didn’t the FSB detain or arrest Tamerlan Tsarnaev if they were so concerned by him?”
Answer: The Russians were concerned alright. They wanted the Boston attack to happen that that is why they gave vague information to the FBI, because they wanted to cover up their involvement.
Kincaid also asked another question that I have mentioned many times before: “Why did this Chechen terrorist attack the US if he is at war with Russia?”
Answer: Tsarnaev was clearly at war with the US and the Chechen propaganda is a lie to confuse people from the Russian link to Muslim terror.
Question: Why is Cliff Kincaid asking the same questions that I am asking about Russia and the Boston terror attack?
Answer:. Kincaid knows the truth about the Russian link to Muslim terror the same as I and Jeff Nyquist do.
The Libertarian ‘false flag’ crowd immediately sounded off and that was to cover the international conspiracy behind the Boston terror attack. Tsarnaev was no ‘lone wolf’ like the media is reporting, because he wouldn’t have traveled to Russia if that were the truth.

Yesterday, I was saying the same thing to a friend.
This CIA spy was set up and the photos were staged for the Russian media as propaganda. The CIA is probably digging for dirt to link the FSB to Tamerlan Tsarnaev and the Boston terror attack.
I don’t even need a source, because I know their tactics so well.
“The Russians were embarrassed by the Boston bombing because they let one of the bombers they knew was a radical get into the Caucuses and get training from terrorists,” TheDC’s source said. “Media has implied that if the Russians did their job, they could have prevented Boston. They also have the Olympics coming up soon and are trying to portray a clean image.”

This interesting article doesn’t only say that the Russian Police gave special protection to the Tsarnaev family, but the police witnessed Tamerlan Tsarnaev meet with a Muslim radical and then they ‘lost track’ of him. As a matter of fact, the Russian police didn’t even question him.
However, the police didn’t lose track of a Canadian named William Plotnikov that recently converted to Islam and traveled Dagestan, Russia to ‘study’ Islam. The police killed that Canadian man, but Tamerlan Tsarnaev somehow was ‘spared’.
I have been saying this over and over.
Why didn’t the Russian FSB arrest, detain or kill Tamerlan Tsarnaev if they were so worried about this dangerous man? Tamerlan Tsarnaev was so dangerous that the FSB contacted the FBI and CIA? The Russian FSB had no problem killing Canadian William Plotnikov. I guess William Plotnikov wasn’t their ‘proxy’ terrorist, but Tsarnaev was?
The authorities interrogated Plotnikov in 2010 despite the fact that they had practically no incriminatory information on him and thus eventually released him.
At the same time, they followed up on Tsarnaev, who allegedly met and had meetings with Mahmud Mansur Nidal, a known radical, but did not even bother to question Tsarnaev, who was even more susceptible to being interrogated by the Russians since he apparently was applying for a Russian passport and did not have US citizenship.

Was the CIA spy caught by the Russians really looking for evidence to link the Russian Government to the Boston bombing? I believe so…
The Russian FSB arrested this guy, but they watched Tamerlan Tsarnaev be trained in bomb making for 6 months….
A spokesman for the FSB identified the man as Ryan Fogle, a third secretary at the embassy, and said he was carrying a large amount of money and instructions for the Russian he was trying to recruit.
He said Fogle, who was also carrying “special technical equipment” and the “means for changing one’s appearance”, was detained overnight and then handed over to U.S. officials.

BEFORE the Boston terror attack: People would bring up the fact that “Russia has their own Muslim problem”. Of course, I can’t blame them for saying it, because that seems true from the outside. That is the way that the Russians want it to appear like.
Russia and Muslims are enemies? Why did Russia build those nuclear plants for Iran if that is the truth? Why are they supplying weapons to terrorists in the Middle East via proxies like Belarus? Every terrorist seems to have Russian made AK-47′s and rocket launchers. Please explain that one to me…

I will make this brief:
The Russian FSB blew up apartment buildings in Moscow (false flag attacks) and they blamed the Chechen terrorists as a reason to justify an invasion into Chechnya. The slaughter of thousands of Chechens was then ordered. Some of these Chechens were suspected to be linked to the CIA according to ‘propaganda’.
There have been several Chechen attacks against Russia, but they were in retaliation for the Russian massacres against the Muslim population.
It is interesting that the Russian security forces used the Boston attack to arrest more Muslims in Dagestan. Why were these Muslims arrested since they allegedly had no links to the Boston terror attack?
BEFORE Boston happened I warned people many times: “Russian FSB Intelligence controls Chechen terrorism”. Low level ‘useful idiots’ like Tamerlan Tsarnaev probably had no idea that their handlers were really controlled by Moscow.
Why were Chechens attacking the US if they were at war with Russia? Nobody has yet answered that question.
Why didn’t the Russians detain or arrest Tsarnaev while he went to Russia to supposedly train how to make bombs if they were so concerned about him?
