    This is not news to me. For years the U.S. has been exporting jobs to places like China by the thousands. Why not? For example, according to Duke university the U.S. is graduating 140,000 engineers a year, India is producing 120,000 and China is graduating 517,225. When you have lots of talent in China who will work for a lot less why not outsource or move much of an American country to India or China? It makes sense for the companies, the college grads are on their own (try driving a taxi or Starbucks).
